📅 What Happens in Class?

Each class is structured to engage, challenge, and support:

  • Warm-Up & Stretching: Builds flexibility and focus

  • Technique Building: Core skills like positions, isolations, and rhythm

  • Choreography or Improvisation: Students apply what they’ve learned in creative combinations

  • Cool Down: A few moments to breathe, stretch, and reflect

We teach through positive reinforcement and personalized feedback, with small class sizes that ensure every dancer gets attention.

🎓 For Parents: How You Can Support

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to help your dancer get settled

  • Bring a labeled water bottle

  • For young children, we recommend staying nearby during class

  • Encourage dancers to share what they learned—confidence grows with conversation!
