3. Payment & Refund Policy

Tuition payments are due according to the schedule listed during registration.
Late fees may apply to overdue payments.
Tuition and fees are non-refundable, except in cases of class cancellation by the studio.
Make-up classes may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

4. Safety & Liability

Dance is a physical activity. Participation is at your own risk.
We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or events on or off our premises.
Parents/guardians of minors accept responsibility for their child’s behavior and safety.

5. Media Release

By enrolling in our programs, you grant Inez Patricia School of Dance the right to photograph, film, and record students during classes and events for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing.

6. Code of Conduct

We strive to provide a positive and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to dismiss any student or guardian for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of studio policies.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through registration or website forms will be used solely for communication, enrollment management, and internal purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
